Job Description Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you! Our Outside School Hours Care service, St Maria Goretti's OSHClub, is looking for a passionate Permanent Educator to assist the service and provide engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering a minimum of 15 hours per week (guaranteed minimum). You will work across the service’s Before School Care ) Rise Then Shine) shifts of Monday to Friday, 6:45am to 845am and the services After School Care (Stay and Play Program) shifts of Monday – Friday, 2:15pm – 5:15pm. You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too! About the Role Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old. Your role will include: Facilitating exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts – whatever you and the kids love! Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program You'll work split shifts Monday – Friday across the services opening hours of: Morning: 6:30am – 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program) Afternoon: 2:45pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program) School Holidays: 6:00am – 6:00pm (Holiday HQ Program) Who We’re Looking For No formal experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need.
